The service was quick, professional and courteous. I needed a transfer from Ha Long to Ha Noi airport and made a mistake with the car reservation date and realized it the date of the departure, when waiting for the car to pick me up! The company accommodated the change with no question, and the car picked me up exactly when I needed, which was fantastic. The driver was very good, polite. The car was very clean, air conditioned and played nice, calming music. I would book the car with Halong Transport again and would recommend it.
Great transportation company for Halong bay Cruise
We have booked our two way transfer to and from Halong bay with this computer. Huy Do was very great at communication and really supportive. Car came on time and we have been given all the information correctly. Very good to book with. Both cars we have been travel was excellent condition.

I was concerned we wouldn't find transport FROM Halong Bay to Hanoi rather than vice versa, but Halong Transportation was there for us. Great communication - I heard from them several days before our trip to confirm, which was comforting because I had a contact point. They sent photos of the vehicle and license plate information so it was easier to find the driver at the pickup point. The driver on the return trip even did a couple block detour for us so we could see one more sight before we left Hanoi.
